If the online payment transaction is approved, the amount will be captured immediately, and you will receive a confirmation SMS or email at the email address you provide, letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order.
If the online payment transaction is not approved your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
We deliver our Products only to UAE.
Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 3 working days. UAE Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the location.
Delivery address and information must be provided in full detail to avoid any delivery delays. If there is missing information, you will be required to present it upon request.
In the event re-delivery is required, an extra delivery charge may apply.
In the event an order is refused upon delivery, the sender may change the location of the delivery within the span of 2 hours and an extra delivery charge may app.
Multiple order and shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement’.
Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
“Refunds if any, will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 working days for the refund transfer to be completed”.
BETA Industrial L.L.C is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for cases where:
Products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.
Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the customer.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.

Order Cancellation Policy
BETA Industrial L.L.C makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. BETA Industrial L.L.C will not cancel or change orders already in process, en-route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered on the same day, you can reach us +971 4 7069777. No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by BETA Industrial L.L.C prior to 3 working hours of the time of delivery. BETA Industrial L.L.C will not cancel any order unless informed 24 hours.
Apart from rules in the Terms and Conditions, any Discount Voucher issued to you by BETA Industrial L.L.C can be used only once and will expire thereafter, even if the order/delivery is unsuccessful.
*Note: A refund will be processed by BETA Industrial L.L.C in the event BETA Industrial L.L.C determines that the cancellation of the order is due to BETA Industrial L.L.C’s incapability of fulfilling the order.
